We have before us Initiative 21, a measure which seeks to nullify past acts of the Mayor and City Council of Seattle with respéct to the improvement of Interstate 90. It would prohibit expansion of highway facilities on Lake Washington for the accommodation of privately owned motor vehicles. The text of this proposed initiative is set forth below.
