In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for wrongful and abusive termination of employment, the plaintiff appeals from (1) an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Robbins, J.), dated April 9, 1986, which granted the defendants’ motion to dismiss his third cause of action; and (2) an order of the same court dated July 22, 1986, which denied his application for reargument.
Ordered, that the appeal from the order dated July 22, 1986, is dismissed, as no appeal lies from an order denying reargument; and it is further,
