Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York
1Opinion of the Court
Ord*487er, Supreme Court, New York County (Herman Cahn, J.), entered January 16, 1997, which, inter alia, granted defendants’ motion to dismiss plaintiffs causes of action for abusive discharge, breach of contract and intentional infliction of emotional distress as against all defendants, and his cause of action for age discrimination but only as against one of the defendants, unanimously affirmed, without costs.
