THOMAS, District Judge.
This bill was brought by James A. Hewes and Frank W. Potter, a partnership doing business in the city of Boston under the firm name of Hewes & Potter, for alleged infringement of letters patent No. 1,419,137, granted June 13, 1922, to the complainants as assignees of James A. Hewes, as well as for unfair competition. The patent relates to men’s neck-wear and the article of the patent in suit is a bow necktie.
