Certiorari to review a decision of the industrial commission awarding respondent compensation.

The facts are in the main undisputed. Respondent was in the employ of relator Krenz Oil Company installing gas pumps and storage tanks for filling stations, and on May 7, 1929, arrived at Delano, a little after one p. m. where three other men were engaged in putting down two tanks at a gasolene station.
