Introduction
Plaintiff JB Construction, Inc. (“Plaintiff’) seeks a determination that Defendant Christopher R. King (“Defendant”) willfully and maliciously breached an agreement between the parties, such that Plaintiffs claim for damages should be excepted from discharge in Defendant’s bankruptcy case under § 523(a)(6) 1 of the Bankruptcy Code.
