Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Hall, J.), rendered April 9, 2003, convicting him of murder in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
In the instant case, the jury convicted the defendant, Jarvis Campbell, of murder in the second degree, determining that he acted with depraved indifference to human life when he shot and killed the decedent, Demetrius Wright.
