OPINION
PEAY, Judge.
The appellant pled guilty to four counts of aggravated rape, one count of armed robbery, and one count of aggravated kidnapping. For these convictions the petitioner received a two hundred and twenty year sentence as a Range II offender. No appeal was taken by the appellant or his attorney. The appellant filed a pro se post-conviction petition which was later amended by appoint ed counsel.
