OPINION

WELLES, Judge.

The Defendant, Joe Andre Williams appeals as of right from a Davidson County jury verdict convicting him of aggravated rape. The trial court sentenced him to twen ty-five years imprisonment as a Range I standard offender. The Defendant appeals his conviction and his sentence. We affirm the judgment of the trial court in part and reverse in part.
