THE COURT.

This is a proceeding to review the State Bar Court’s unanimous recommendation that petitioner George Albert Lydon III be disbarred for failing to comply with rule 955 of the California Rules of Court (hereafter, rule 955).

Petitioner contends that he had no actual notice of the disciplinary charges and order underlying the rule 955 proceedings, and that he has resolved the personal problems which caused his professional misconduct.
