Genevieve Krueger, James Krueger, and Beverly Westman, the widow and surviving children of Reinholt Rudolph Krueger, respectively, appeal from a summary judgment entered against them on July 30, 1980; from an order denying their motion to alter the. judgment entered on August 12, 1980; and from the combined order which denied their motion to vacate the order granting summary judgment and their motion to alter the judgment entered on December 10,1980.
