Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed August 8, 2005, which ruled that claimant was disqualified from receiving unemployment insurance benefits because his employment was terminated due to misconduct.

Claimant, a part-time driver’s education teacher, was terminated from his position as a result of reporting to work under the influence of alcohol in contravention of the employer’s policy prohibiting persons from coming onto school grounds in such condition.
