Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed June 28, 2004, which ruled that claimant was disqualified from receiving unemployment insurance benefits because her employment was terminated due to misconduct.

Claimant was employed as a school bus driver for five years until she was fired for leaving the bus running with 10 students and a teacher on board in order to use the restroom. The Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, reversing the decision of the Administrative Law Judge, ruled that claimant was disqualified from receiving unemployment insurance benefits…
