LEADBETTER, Judge.

SKF USA, Inc. petitions for review of an order of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board that reversed the decision and order of a Workers’ Compensation Judge (WCJ) denying the claim petition of Thomas Smalls.

In 1980, while employed by SKF, claimant sustained an injury to his left hand, which resulted in the amputation of two of his fingers and six additional surgeries. SKF accepted the injury as compensable and began paying benefits to claimant. Claimant eventually returned to work and continues to receive partial disability benefits.
