Before the Court is an objection to Magistrate Judge Martin’s Report and Recom mendation to grant Defendant Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation’s (“Freddie Mac”) 1 Motion to Dismiss under 12(b)(6) and that the Court decline to hear Plaintiffs Mark W. Burns and Elizabeth Burns’s (“Plaintiffs”) Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings. For the reasons explained below, the Court declines to accept the Report and Recommendation, GRANTS Plaintiffs’ unopposed Motion for Judgment, and DENIES the Motion to Dismiss (without prejudice) as moot in light…
