This matter comes to us from the St. Joseph Circuit Court wherein the plaintiffs-appellants each .filed a complaint against Keith E. Selby, M.D., for damages for his alleged negligence in his professional treatment of the plaintiff, Hattie Ciesiolka.

The plaintiff, William Ciesiolka, prayed for damages for loss of services of his wife and medical expenses.
