This action was commenced April 22, 1916, by F. E. Riddle in the district court of Grady county against the First National Bank Building Company and others, to recover damages for the wrongful and unlawful possession of certain real estate. The petition alleged the plaintiff was the owner of lot 3,A)lock 46, in the town of Chickasha and the First National Bank Building Company, E. B. Johnson and H. B.
