This matter is before the Court on a Motion to Dismiss filed by Defendants Access Therapies, Inc. (“Access Therapies”), RN Staff, Inc. (d/b/a Reliability Care) (“RN Staff’ or “Reliability Care”), and Ramon Villegas (“Mr. Villegas”) (collectively, “Defendants”) (Dkt. 68).
