School Dist. No. 17, Douglas County v. State

The Millard School District and the Westside Community Schools appeal to this court from orders of the District Court for Lancaster County, Nebraska, *763dismissing with prejudice their actions seeking reimbursement of certain funds expended on mandated special education programs for physically and mentally handicapped children during the 1974-75 school year. The actions brought by the school districts were consolidated for briefing and oral argument before this court and will be treated as such herein. We affirm.
