Plaintiff brings this action pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA), 42 U.S.C. §'§ 12101-12213 (Supp. II 1990). In his complaint, plaintiff alleges that defendant terminated his employment on the basis of plaintiffs disability. Defendant filed a motion to dismiss, in - which defendant maintains that it is a bona fide private membership club, and thus, exempt from the ADA requirements.
