Presently before the Court are two motions by Dot Hill Systems Corporation, James L. Lambert, Dana W. Kammers-gard, Preston S. Romm, and William R. Sauey 1 (“defendants”). Defendants move to dismiss plaintiffs’ second amended consolidated class action complaint (“SACC”). (Doc. No. 73.)
