{dissenting). This is an appeal by the-defendants from a decree enjoining them from using-lot 15 fronting on Schaefer road in Wallace Brothers subdivision in Detroit, for nonresidential purposes. Defendant Joseph Armstrong is a plumber, and in 1946 defendants acquired said lot on which to erect a building for use in Ms business. It has a frontage of 50 feet on Schaefer road and a depth of 181 feet.
