— Cross appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court in favor of plaintiffs, entered September 23, 1980 in Greene County, upon a decision of the court at Trial Term (Cobb, J.), without a jury. Plaintiffs John C. Fila and Sandra K. Fila, his wife, purchased property on January 30, 1978 which adjoined lands owned by defendant Josephine Angiolillo. The Angiolillo land was bisected by an unnamed gravel road which provided access to the Fila property. This road had existed for over a hundred years.
