Plaintiffs Donna Deuel, Gladys Ecock, Alecsa Lefkovitz, Joan Lefkovitz and Percy E. Pariseau (hereinafter collectively referred to as plaintiffs) own parcels of real property along South Beach Road, also known as Ninth Street, in the Town of Malta, Saratoga County.
