McFadden against the Brevard Tannin Company and William F. Decker. From a decree dismissing the bill, complainants appeal.

CONNOR, District Judge.

ÍPlaiuliffs are citizens and inhabitants of the state of Pennsylvania. Defendant Brevard Tannin Company is a corporation chartered pursuant to the laws of North Carolina, January 13, 1903, conducting its corporate business in the Western district of said state. Defendant, Win, F. Decker, is a citizen and in-, habitant of the same state.
