This appeal involves an unusually complicated factual set-up and, in the lower court, Judge Coleman found it necessary to pass upon many questions of law. He filed three written opinions: 13 F.Supp. 53 (hereinafter designated the first opinion) ; 22 F.Supp. 867 (hereinafter called the second opinion) ; and 27 F.Supp. 639 (hereinafter called the third opinion).
