THIS MATTER is before the Court upon Plaintiff MC Contractors’ Motion for Withdrawal of Reference. Plaintiff filed this adversary proceeding against Defendants Robert and Mary Fink, the debtors in the Chapter 11 case from which the adversary proceeding arises. Plaintiff now seeks, based on 28 U.S.C. § 157(d) and (e), to have this Court withdraw its reference of this matter to the bankruptcy court.
