OPINION AND ORDER
GRAHAM, District Judge.
This is an action filed by plaintiff Michael E. Kleiber against defendant Honda of America Mfg., Inc. (“Honda”), his former employer. Plaintiff asserts claims under the Americans With Disabilities Act (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. § 12101, et seq., alleging that Honda failed to accommodate his disability and terminated his employment due to his disability. Plaintiff also asserts a claim of handicap discrimination under Ohio Rev.Code § 4112.02(A), and a claim of wrongful discharge in violation of public policy under Ohio law, referring to § 4112.02(A).
