Paul Reina, who has multiple disabilities, worked as a cart pusher for defendants Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. and Wal-Mart Stores East, LP, from 1998 to 2015. Plaintiff Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has filed this lawsuit under Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. § 12112(a) et seq., contending that defendants failed to provide Reina with a reasonable accommodation and terminated his employment because of his disabilities.
