OLSZEWSKI, Judge:

This appeal is from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Pike County entered April 26, 1995, which granted appellee William Dewar’s pretrial motions to suppress certain oral statements made to police, and oral and wire interceptions *519made during a police investigation. We affirm in part, and reverse in part.
