This is an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court of the District in an action to recover damages for a false arrest and imprisonment.

Rosa Takahashi, who is appellant here, and whom we shall speak of as plaintiff, sued the Hecht Company, a corporation, appellee, whom we shall speak of as the defendAit, to recover damages for false arrest and imprisonment.
