The defendant, a doctor, was convicted by a jury of illegal possession of a narcotic. From the judgment entered on that verdict and from the order denying his motion for a new trial, defendant appeals.

Appellant attacks the sufficiency of the evidence, and likewise contends that the court erroneously denied his motion to set aside the information on the ground that the evidence at the preliminary examination was insufficient to hold him to answer.
