Introduction

Plaintiff, the Amalgamated Lithographers of America Lithographic Industry Pension Plan (the “Plan”), moves for summary judgment against defendant Unz & Co., Inc. (“Unz”), on its claim for withdrawal liability arising under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (“ERISA”), 29 U.S.C. § 1001 et seq., as amended by the Multiemployer Pension Plan Amendments Act (“MPPAA”).
