Complaint by appellee alleging that appellant- is indebted to him in the sum of $1,000 on account of a deposit and that appellant refused to pay the amount of said deposit, although it was due and unpaid and appellee had drawn and presented his check to appellant in the sum of $1,000. Appellant filed an swer in two paragraphs. The first was a general denial.
