MOFFAT, Justice.
This is an appeal from an order sustaining the demurrer to and dismissing the complaint of plaintiff. Plaintiff, the father and sole heir of his daughter Rhoda, aged 19, brought this action for damages against the defendant Logan City alleging that she met instant death as the result of an accident which occurred while she was riding as a guest in an automobile driven by Dennis Wight in the late evening of July 17, 1938; that the car in which she was riding, while proceeding in a southerly direction on Main Street at the southern city limits of Logan City, collided with the…
