Laura Bartlett appeals from the trial court’s denial of her motion to intervene in the action for wrongful death of her minor son Bill Bartlett, brought by her son’s legal custodians and guardians, Julie and Emilio Moreno, against the Board of Education of the Jordan School District and the Jordan School District (collectively, the School District). The trial court denied Bartlett’s motion to intervene on the ground that the Morenos, not Bartlett, were the real party in interest.
