MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

Presently before the Court is the motion of the third-party defendant, Keystone Wire & Iron Company (Keystone), to dismiss the third-party complaint filed by defendants, Thomas Rhoades and Thomas Lindstrom & Co. Plaintiff, Joseph Wesolowski, alleges in his complaint that he was injured in a work-related accident on October 31, 1974, while in the course of his employment with Keystone.
