This case was brought here to review a judgment for the plaintiff, upon a directed verdict. It is an action on three promissory notes executed by the defendants to one Luther B. Watson on September 8, 1916, due six months thereafter. The plaintiff claims to be a bona fide holder for value of these notes. The notes were indorsed over by Watson, the payee, to the plaintiff on February 26, 1917. They were due March 8, 1917.
