MEMORANDUM ORDER
LEE, District Judge.
THIS MATTER is before the Court on Motion of Defendants’ Daniel B. Streich, Sara J. Ross, and Valerie Broadus to Dismiss pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6). This case concerns allegations that three employees of a law firm violated the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 U.S.C. 1692 et seq. (“hereinafter FDCPA”) when they attempted to collect debt that Plaintiff Ms. Dikun allegedly owed to the homeowners association Saybrooke-Village of Bristol of Virginia Homeowners Association, Inc.
