This matter comes before the Court on Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss Plaintiffs’ Amended Complaint (Dkt. no. 19) filed on behalf of Defendants JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as acquirer of certain assets and liabilities of Washington Mutual Bank from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (“FDIC”), as Receiver for Washington Mutual Bank (“Chase”), JPMC Specialty Mortgage, LLC (“JPMC”), Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.
