Respondent, as plaintiff, sued to recover damages for personal injuries alleged to have been caused by the negligent operation of a jitney bus, owned and operated by the defendant Corliss. The case was tried to a jury, which returned a verdict in favor of the plaintiff. Judgment was entered on the verdict, and the defendants have appealed.
