TAYLOR, Justice.

Appellant appeals from an order and decree granting summary judgment in favor of appellees. The district court found appellant in default for failure to abide by the terms of an agreement to purchase land located in Converse County, Wyoming and. rendered judgment declaring the agreement terminated. Appellant contends that no breach occurred and that the district court added language to the contract in order to arrive at its result.
