OPINION AND ORDER

VAN ANTWERPEN, District Judge.

I. INTRODUCTION

Jonathan and Sarah King have asserted several claims against the Defendants under both state and federal law. The circumstances under which these claims arise involve a long and often abrasive relationship between the Plaintiffs and the Township of East Lampeter (the “Township”) and several of its officials. Defendant Lantz is the only individual Defendant who is not affiliated with the Township in some official capacity.
