McDONALD, Chief Justice.
This is a suit by Mrs. Hallman Holt, a feme sole, to recover from The City National Bank of Bryan $1,000.25, which was deposited there by her and in her name while she was married to Dr. E. E. Holt. Parties will be referred to as in the Trial Court. (For background see Holt v. Holt, Tex.CivApp., 271 S.W.2d 477, which involves some of the same parties and subject matter).
