STOKES, Justice.

This is a garnishment proceeding instituted by plaintiff in error against defendant in error, Suloch Oil Company, a corporation, in which plaintiff in error seeks to subject certain capital stock of the corporation which he alleges belongs to J. L. Sullivan to the payment of a judgment theretofore procured by him against Sullivan in the district court ' of Tarrant County.
