Appeal from an amended judgment of the Supreme Court (Benson, J.H.O.) ordering, inter alia, equitable distribution of the parties’ marital property, entered March 24, 1999 in Columbia County, upon a decision of the court.
After the commencement of their matrimonial trial and the retention of new counsel by plaintiff, the parties, who were married for 30 years and have four children, entered into a stipulation in court resolving some of the issues in this action, including that plaintiff would be granted a judgment of divorce on the ground of defendant’s abandonment.
