SIMONTON, Circuit Judge.
This bill has been filed for the foreclosure of a mortgage on real estate situate in the town of Darlington, S. C. The complainant is a corporation created by the laws of the state of West Virginia, originally under the name of the Guarantee Building & Loan Investment Company, which name, however, was changed to that in the title of this case. Its principal place of business is in the city of Washington, in the District of Columbia.
