SIMONTON, Circuit Judge.

This is a bill for the foreclosure of a mortgage executed by the Edgefield Hotel Company, a corporation of the state of South Carolina, to the Interstate Building & Loan Association, a corporation of the state of Georgia. In this opinion the complainant will be styled the “Association,” and the defendant will be spoken of as the “Hotel Company.” The home office of the complainant is the city of Columbus, in the state of Georgia.
