SIMONTON, Circuit Judge.

The original bill was filed in the Circuit Court of the United States for the Northern District of Georgia by M. A. Alexander against the Southern Building & Loan Association, a corporation of the state of Georgia. The purpose of the bill was to administer and wind up the affairs of the said association. That court assumed jurisdiction, appointing John T. Pendleton receiver, and proceeded to administer the affairs of the association.
