ODOM, Justice.
Plaintiff and defendant were married on June 28, 1923. Four children, all girls, were born of their marriage, the youngest being about 10 and the oldest about 17 years of age when the present suit was filed.
On February 13, 1941, the wife sued her husband for separation from bed and board ■on the ground of cruel treatment. She alleged that her husband had been guilty of such excesses, outrages, and cruelty toward her as to render their living together insupportable.
